Morgan Sindall’s employee health and wellness integration with Roczen

Case Study
TfL Health Initiative of the Year
Following an employee health screening, Morgan Sindall Construction and Infrastructure Ltd (Rail Division) identified a significant prevalence of obesity and related health issues among their workforce. Over 50% of their employees had BMI or blood glucose levels requiring remedial action, highlighting the urgent need for a comprehensive health-improvement programme.

The high percentage of overweight, obesity and related issues among employees called for a structured weight-management programme to enhance overall employee wellbeing and mitigate chronic health risks. Additionally, there was a desire to enhance the company's profile and achieve recognition through impactful health initiatives.
